Established in Milan, Indiana in 1989, the Milan Community Dollars for Scholars is a non-profit organization administered by dedicated volunteers to help raise money to aid deserving Milan graduates. As a local Dollars for Scholars® chapter and an affiliate of Scholarship America, Milan Community Dollars For Scholars' sole purpose as a functioning body is to generate financial support for Milan High School graduates.
Funds are provided through fund raising events held each year. Also, the Foundation accepts donations, memorials, and trusts. Individuals, clubs, businesses and industries are invited to contribute.
We have awarded over $1,400,000 in scholarships to more than 850 Milan High School graduates since we began!
